While I was in town for a party, the room offered a spacious layout with beautiful views of the river. I particularly enjoyed the spa bath, which added a nice touch to my stay. Plus, having easy access to tram lines made exploring the local area effortless, especially with the various eateries nearby. Although I could hear some noise from the adjoining room, the overall experience was quite pleasant.

From skeptic to believer
The spacious room boasted a superb king-sized bed, a lovely balcony for meals, and welcoming toiletries! A perfect blend of comfort and convenience made the stay delightful. Would return for sure!
Though the service from reception was efficient, it lacked warmth. a bit more friendly engagement would have enhanced the experience. Troubling was the noise from nearby functions that disrupted our peace.

A riverside stay with moments to cherish
A stroll along the Yarra River was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed the complimentary nibbles on Friday evenings, a delightful surprise!
I found the breakfast buffet disappointing, lacking flavor and variety. the lack of privacy on the balcony made me hesitant to enjoy the outdoor space.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had.
The mattress was uncomfortable and felt lumpy. there was no complimentary milk or bottled water in the fridge. It was frustrating to find the bed was actually two single beds pushed together, making for a poor night's sleep.

A delightful stay with a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff contributed to a warm experience. The location provided easy access to tram services, making it simple to explore the area. noise from nearby events was occasionally disruptive, and the bedding arrangement may not suit everyone. Enjoying homemade sausages at breakfast added a special touch.

This place was just an appropriate option for a day tour in Melbourne with outstanding value for money. Enjoyed the easy access to trams, which was super convenient for exploring the city, especially for those without a car. Look for nearby restaurants as alternatives to the hotel dining options.
